Parents have been sharing their eye colors with cute emojis of similar colors and doing the same for their children. It's both cute and fun to see how eye genetics are passed down to their kids.
In this blog, we will show you how to make this cute eye trend video. Read on!
How to Make Your Eye Color Trend Video?
The steps are pretty straightforward. You can take a few recordings of you and your partner, and then your kids. Make sure to take a close-up shot so the camera can capture your eye colors up close.
Later on, just a few basic video editing will do.
Step 1: Import Your Clips
First, you can import all your clips into a video editing app. In this example, we are using YouCam Video. If you have built-in video app like iMovie, that works too!
Step 2: Add Texts & Emojis
I peronsally enjoy this part the most. You get to improvise and choose whatever cute emoji that can represent your eye color. Here are a few examples:
- Brown eyes: honey, bear, snail, wood, horse, cookies 🍯🧸🐌🪵🐎🍪
- Blue eyes: waves, dolphin, blue berries, snowflakes 🌊🐬❄️💧🫐
- Gray eyes: elephant, shark, koala, heart 🐘🐈⬛🩶🦈🐨
- Green eyes: kiwi fruit, leaves, dinosaur, cactus 🐢🥝🦖🌿🌵
There are really no right and wrong answers, you can let your creativity fly in this one.
Step 3: Trim / Edit Your Clips
You can trim your clips to make sure the video flows smoothly. Each clip is usually 3 seconds long, giving your audience enough time to see the eye colors and emojis you chose.
Step 4: Export and Share!
And...that's a wrap! You can now save this video and share it on TikTok.
Try the Possible Eye Colors on Them 👀
What's interesting about this video is that you get to see whose eye color genetics prevail. If you want to try out different eye colors on your kids, YouCam Video also offers an eye color-changing feature.
You can see all the possible eye colors your kids could have had.
